Very nice theater with new adjustable chairs and beer. Almost makes you forget the whole bedbug incident.
Update: the ability to select your seats in advance is fantastic. Seems like a growing trend.

Snacks are overpriced, but no more than other theaters. Large popcorns are smaller than other theaters I have been to. The 'extra butter' popcorn was stale and sparsely buttered, making it not just unpalatable but difficult to eat at all.
Had a great time. If you are able to go on weekdays there's no crowds and no lines. On Tuesdays movie tickets are only $6.00!
Seats are comfy. The workers are nice.
Loved the seats.....really liked thevact that they did not overdo it with the sound system as some other theaters do. A nice movie experience. Location in downtown is quite nice..... lobby and common areas a little dirty but not too bad. Parking a little challenged.
the only downside is that the parking garage is a few blocks away, however, the walk isn't that bad.
