The new manager is just okay. She has closed the office early several times, the bathroom is now locked all the time, I have needed to use it when I was in my units and it was locked and no way to get key cause the office was closed early. Very disappointed in owners choice of manager.

I recently acquired a storage unit here and have found it to be clean, well organized and efficient. Diane was very helpful and compassionate earth angel when I was experiencing some big challenges.
I will never keep my belongings in the storage unit they claim they have alarms on each unit but my boyfriend's unit was broken into and half of his stuff was stolen and yet there has been complaints for 2 weeks to the owner by the manager that she cannot hear the alarms go off in her house what's the whole point of having an onsite manager if the job is not getting done explain that to me I understand you have 600 units why is she getting paid to be there if she's not doing her damn job or at least somebody putting a new alarm systems people are paying you monthly for their unit yet your false advertisement says you have cameras which you only have two and not throughout the units which it should be so people stuff won't get stolen
The lock was cute off my storage unit and all my stuff stolen, I was contacted 2 weeks later by mail central storage that my unit had no lock and they're not responsible
It's nice to have someone living on the sight of storage unit as well. This was the decision maker for me.
Recently the onsite managers retired, they were so nice, sorry they left.
I have dropped my rating from 5 stars to three. The owners are very nice but hardly ever there.
