The Transit Center agent is rude, abrasive and does NOT exhibit customer service skills at all. I would give this 0 stars but the A.M arrival has been decent.

This transit center is semi Amtrak friendly in the early morning; but, brutal in the afternoon. There is ABSOLUTELY NO trains leaving after 11:39a.
